  1. Certified AFIRC Supervisor (CAS) Programme • BIBF announces the launching of the Middle East region’s first ever Insurance Regulatory Qualification– Certified AFIRC Supervisor (CAS). CAS Programme comprises of the following four Schools: • School 1: Fundamentals of Insurance • School 2: Operations of Insurance Companies • School 3: Regulation and Supervision • School 4: Case Studies • The target audience for this certification programme include insurance regulatory personnel, compliance officers of insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance auditors. Each School is followed by a written examination. • The training dates for the first two Schools are below with timing of 8am to 1pm: • School 1: Fundamentals of Insurance – Sun, 13th to Thu, 17th Nov 2011 *** • School 2: Operations of Insurance Companies – Sun, 20th to Thu, 24th Nov 2011 • *** Holders of ‘Cert CII’ or ‘BIBF Intermediate Insurance Diploma (BIID)’ are exempted from School 1. • Fees: • Insurance Regulatory Authorities and Levy Payers: BD 400 per School • Non-Levy Payers: BD 600 per School • For registration, please email: zainab@bibf.com • For enquiries, please call: 1781 5564/ 1781 5542
