Chemical Program… Overview: ·7 privately branded products under the Stratus Building Solutions label ·5 concentrated cleaners - all of which are Green Seal Certified formulations under the GS-37 Standard. A statement to this effect is on each label and the literature sheets. These formulations will be submitted to Green Seal for certification under the Stratus label ·2 floor care products - The finish is Green Seal Certified formula under the GS-40 standard and Stratus brand name. The stripper is a highly concentrated formula designed to remove all finishes and water based sealers.

  8. Concentrated formulations save money! • Pro-Blend Bottle Proportioners are included in each case of cleaning chemicals. This allows the precise dilution control the concentrated Stratus brand of product • Turn the top of the proportioner clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to lower the regulator. Squeeze the bottle and excess liquid will flow back into the bottle. • Open the safety cover and pour out the measured liquid • Eliminates the need for expensive proportioning systems • Reduces product waste and ensures fast easy measuring • 1 quart of StratusGlass Cleaner Concentrate makes 33 quarts of Ready to Use solution!

  9. ‘Turn-Key’ Program…. • Case Contents: everything needed to do the job and be compliant • Cleaners- • MSDS • 4 secondary labels • 1 ProBlend portion aid to measure the concentrate for proper dilution / use – (see attached instructions for use) These fit and can be used with most quart bottles. • Stripper / Finish - • MSDS • Packaging: • The cleaners and stripper are packaged in cases containing 6 quarts • The finish is packaged in cases of 2 gallons

Floor Stripper • Extremely effective on all finishes • Highly concentrated dilutes up to 20:1 • 1 quart makes 5 gallons of stripping solution • Removes finishes, seals & waxes • Use with in any floor care program, even highly burnished/buffed finishes on initial strip outs • Will attack linoleum – test first • Non-ammoniated / does not leave residual odor • Reduced rinse technology • PPE recommended

Bacteria, viruses, mold & fungus are microscopic living organisms that rapidly multiply. • The head of a pin contains hundreds of thousand of germs. • Disinfectant solutions kill germs from hard surfaces and help reduce cross contamination and prevent the spread of illness/disease
