Interesting Fact • Stratus clouds can be thousands of feet thick!
Altitude • Stratus clouds are found below 6,00 feet.
Opposite of…. • Connective clouds! Stratus clouds are layered horizontally while connective clouds stretch long and tall.
What are they made of? • A cloud is a large collection of very tiny droplets of water or ice crystals. The droplets are so small and light that they can float in the air. (3)
