CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGESCHANCELLOR’S OFFICEOverview • SB1402 has a requirement in Section 7 of the statute to gather data that shows the positive impacts of the legislation. The Legislature wants to see quantifiable data on: • Types of Services (Leading Indicators) • Employee/Employer/Student Outcomes • Quantitative Impact on Businesses • The Chancellor’s Office is mandated to report this information to the Legislature annually.
