The Annunciator • TTSS recognized the need for digital signage for various markets, including hospitality • The Annunciator provides a flexible, easy-to-use system to display event listings, messages, advertising and other information • Text, graphics, video, live TV, PowerPoint, Internet URLs and other formats can be used • Readerboards and conference room signs are controlled by the same centralized software

  3. The Annunciator • The system consists of: • Large screen LCD readerboards (32”, 40”, 46”) • Digital room signs (15”, 17”, 19”) • The system editor • Event data can be imported from external sources (Delphi, etc.) • Events and content can be changed on the fly

  4. A Typical Annunciator Installation Readerboard LCDs and room signs are linked via Local Area Network The system editor controls the content for all signs An Internet connection allows TTSS to monitor system performance and remotely diagnose problems

  5. Case Study – Villa Christina • Villa Christina is an upscale event destination in Atlanta, featuring a restaurant and catering facilities • Hosts meetings, receptions, dinners • TTSS installed: • One 40” event listing screen in lobby area • Four 17” room signs • One 19” room sign

  7. This is an example of a full-screen graphic with text entered using the Annunciator editor. TTSS provides a set of “starter” graphics and backgrounds for use by our clients. Our clients can create graphics and other content without paying future fees to TTSS! Large Screen Readerboard

Readerboard Recap • The Annunciator allows multiple views of event listings, announcements and ads • Different content types including graphics, text, video loops, live TV, PowerPoint, web pages and tickers can be used • Event information can be entered and changed easily in the editor, or can be imported from event management software

  26. All of the event data is maintained on this screen Dates and times of events can be loaded well in advance The “Time Booking Start” field tells the room signs to display event data prior to the start time

  27. Once an event has been created and saved it will automatically appear on the large screen event listing and on the appropriate room sign Now let’s see how we create ads and announcements in the system To do that, we use the “Create/Edit a Screen” function
