INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH 3 cups flour 1 1/2 spoon oil 1 spoon sugar 1 cup milk 1 egg a pinch salt INGREDIENTS FOR LEAVENING 40 g yeast half cup lukewarm milk 1 spoon sugar a bit of flour OIL FLOUR MILK SUGAR YEAST EGG
INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATING Marmalade Milk Sugar Curd INCING SUGAR CURD MARMALADE
Put the yeast,a spoon of milk,a half of a cup of lukewarm milk in a dish. • Mix everything. Then let it rise. (cca 10 minutes) 3 2 1
Add all the ingredients – the flour,oil, sugar, milk, egg and a pinch of salt. Work up a smooth dough. 3 1 2
Cover the dough with a cloth. Leave it to rise.
Make small round cakes on a floured rollingboard. In the centre of the cakes make dimples. 3 1 2
Fry the cakes in a large saucepan for about 4 minutes on each side. 4 5
In the end put jam or whipped cream into the dimples, decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy my doughnuts Aneta
