The dissemination in Italy and Europe • About twenty presentations in Italy: • Milan, Monza, Trento, Padua, Genoa, Bologna, Siena, Rome, Naples, Brindisi, Bari. • Two presentations in Romania (Constanta) and one in Spain (Bilbao) • Exploitation of the results and further development within the Compener project funded by the Leonardo da Vinci program
The dissemination in the Mediterranean sea regions • The ELIH Med project addressed to the energy efficiency improvement of the low income houses • The idea to “impose” the use of qualified installers when introducing RES • Countries involved: • Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta • The PWMSP (Paving the Way for the Mediterranean Solar Plan) project addressed to increase the use of RES above all in the rural areas • Countries involved: • Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, occupied territories of Palestine, Israel, Jordan.

EUROPEAN COMMISSION Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and amending and subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC. issues foresees In Italy Within 31 December 2012, the member states shall ensure that comprehensive information on the processing of certification and qualification systems for small-sized renewable energy installations are available for installers. itfollowsthat Ministry for the Economic Development issues On June 11th, the Italian Ministry for the Economic Development issued the National Action Plan for the renewable energies ratifies appoints ENEA is the most suitable Body to develop, along with the Italian regions and the regional training bodies, different instruments, like as e-learning courses for installers, designers, final users, professional training courses for trainers/ qualified courses teachers, according to the ISO European standards, and certified by CEPAS. In this framework, the ENEA experience, gained through the participation in the Qualicert project, will be further valorized. ENEA role
professional training centres recognized by the Regions THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION BODY (i.e. CEPAS) offerlogicalsupport certifies certifies ENEA trains Trainers of installers according to the National Action Plan issued by the Italian Ministry for the Economic Development, by applying the Certification system of QUALICERT project and the European Qualification Framework agreement produces Recognize and subsidize REGIONS and PROVINCES Certified TRAINERS register trains Recognize and subsidize the training throughvouchers Register of RES Installers, certified and recognized both at regional and European level, thanks to the peer-to-peer recognition of certifications issued by Certification National Bodies, being part of the European Accreditation Network, like ACCREDIA in Italy.
