  1. Performance-based allocation* If disbursement rates are: • from 75% - 100%: allocation will be made according to the prioritization categories • from 50% - 75%: Agency will receive not more than the amount they were allocated in previous tranche • less than 50%: Agency will receive not more than 50% of the amount they were allocated in previous tranche • If no expenditure at year-end : Agencies pay back resources allocated in previous tranche *This criteria was agreed by UNCT in 2010 and further adopted in 2011 and 2012
