JAPAN 2010 Introduction: The Rationale Inclusion of rail safety in the LEG work program, in accordance with the directive in the Joint Ministerial Statement at TMMG Recent news reports indicate increasing number of railroad accidents resulting in large number of deaths and tremendous property damage.
