GSGF Working Groups - GCDG Grid Connectivity of Distributed Generation (GCDG) Chairman: Robert Wilhite, III, DNVKEMA The connection of small generation (up to 20 MW) and their integration in the overall system. The objective is to produce a white paper, addressing core issues of connecting distributed generation to distribution grids, but with a holistic view that does not promote a specific technology or particular manufacturer or supplier. GSGF Working Groups - IWG Interoperability and standards (IWG) Chairman: Per‐OlofGranstrom, EDSO for Smart Grids Define interoperability and its value, mapping smart grid standards and interoperability globally, identifying areas where further work on standards and interoperability is needed, and where other measures are needed, and highlighting some best practices for smart grid interoperability. GSGF Working Groups - GUII Interfaces of Grid Users/ Focus on EV and Local Storage (GUII) Chairman: Hiroshi Kuniyoshi, Japan Smart Community Alliance Dealing with grid user interactions and interfaces with special emphasis on electrical vehicles and small storage devices in residential and commercial buildings. The aim is to develop the necessary tools for enabling the customer to make choices regarding prices and energy sourcing, to organize the retail market and to introduce new services.
