  4. The goal • To be a center of excellence in providing capacity building activities for GMS professionals to promote rural development in the region

  5. The Objectives • To enhance the capacity of GMS professionals through a series of programs in the areas of rural development and project management • To upgrade and diversify the programs in order to meet the needs in the region and contribute to regional sustainable development • To strengthen partnerships and networking among development partners to promote regional integration, cooperation and development

  6. Our Roles/Functions • deliver training/learning programs and structured learning visits • organize policy consultations, workshops, conference, symposia, etc. • conduct research – to contribute to the effectiveness of MI Learning Programs and support policy formulation in the GMS

  7. Target Clientele ♦ Junior, mid- and senior-level professionals from: • public and private agencies • civil societies • academic institutions (universities and research organizations)
