Food2Market project • The aim of the FOOD2MARKET project is to • increase NWE SMEs' capacity to bring food innovations to the market, • by supporting them to rapidly react to market trends and • accelerate the transformation of ideas and knowledge into new products, processes and services that increase SMEs’ competitiveness.
Providing SMEs with the necessary insight into regulations and market trends through a market trends observatory Match-making SMEs with knowledge providers, research facilities and other food and non-food processing industries that can provide the necessary technology,facilities and know-how Joined test-beds and distribution brokerage actions Implementing a virtual product ideation laboratory that allows SMEs to work with consumers and retailers to generate new product ideas based on their needs and desires Facilitating SME access to existing funding schemes (public/private) to develop transnational innovation projects ...
