Virtual Charter Schools • SBE Policy • Funding model – VPS year-long x 8 = $3,504 (no local funds) • Only grades 6-12 • 3/5 year charters • Grad rate no less than 10% below State average • Withdrawal rate less than 15% • Teacher to student ratio 50 to 1 • K12 and Connections Academy fast-track applications
