  8. Cost Figures • Our plan is to purchase 500 of the Cologne model 2 GB USB pens from USB Depot. • We are purchasing them for $9.00/pen. They will be shipped to our warehouse free of charge.

  9. Cost Figures • We will then transport them from our San Francisco warehouse to Sydney Australia via UPS air for a total of $383.65 U.S. • Once in Sydney, we will have 450 pens transported locally to capital bank, and 50 pens to Melbourne to be given away promotionally at the trade show.

  10. Cost Figures • We will then use UPS ground and the total cost of ground transportation will be $76.54 U.S. • Our total wholesale cost will be $4500.00 U.S. Our revenue from retail sales will be 450 pens X $21.39 = $9625.50
