  1. Making Your Individuality Map

  2. Begin • Use an object associated with one of your interests—e.g., a soccer ball, a paint palette, a guitar—to frame everything that you include in your map. Draw the object as an outline (as if it were in a coloring book), making sure there is enough space inside the outline to include multiple items.

  3. Build • Fill in your outline with 5-10 images/symbols/drawings that represent your individuality—all of those qualities that set apart from other people. YOU • Areas to consider include hobbies, interests, passions, talents, ethnic background, religious background, etc.

  4. Build (continued) • Fill in the background with places that you really like. Beautify • Use your favorite colors to make your map really “pop” with color. Don’t forget to include your name!
