Meeting with the Emall Team August 4thPhase I topics of discussion were: • Navigation Folder Tree • Placement of the folder tree above the content. • Changes to the Tree Structure • Browser should be capable of being changed. We had also discussed and determined to • include the capability for the Commercial Tents now managed by DSCP Construction and • Equipment. Additionally DSCP will need to include data to notify and direct customers to • C&E for the COTS Shelters. • Pictures for Parts and • “Tentnet “ had not been intended as the name for the Specialty Store. • Protocol to create new specialty store – need to develop the data flow between AC • Inc/DSCP/Emall to populate Phase II Items. • Data Population for new tents - need to develop the data flow between AC Inc/DSCP/Emall to populate • Phase II Items. • Content Manager – We need to determine the status and capabilities of the content manager. • Meetings - biweekly telephone meeting be reinstated during Phase II. • Meeting at DLIS 18 August 09 to include Website development SME
Goal: Move the Tents up in the folder list and combine options/packages features Changes to the Tree Structure
Changes to the Tree Structure This was the placeholder For the COTS Product Line
Changes to the Tree Structure Since packages do not Function as intended we can delete And combine as “Packages/Options”
Link Name Changes Rename: “ Performance Data”
Pictures Cut-a-way and Guide cannot be opened Pictures or Component Breakdown Views can be accessed in a remote window
Packages do not reflect required multiple unit quantities The concept of “Packages” was to Pre-select the Items and Quantities. This now would Confuse the customer That 1 would be the entire floor But they would only be ordering 1sq.ft.
