  3. QAR Process • Findings: • Lack of a Marketing Plan (90%) (*see “Transit System Marketing Plan Outline”) • Lack of System Planning (90%) (*see “Planning and Transit Operations Review”) • Lack of “what by when” goals and objectives (90%) (Training: Goal Setting Workshop at ODOT in June 2006)

  4. QAR Process • Findings: • Inactive Transit Advisory Committee (90%) • Need to update/follow Policies and Procedures Manual (90%) • Need to update brochure/rider’s guide (90%) • Need to conduct rider/non-rider/agency surveys (90%) • Inadequate Transportation Coordination Efforts (90%)
