  4. 從心發出的果效It begins in your heart • 傳福音的熱心 A passion for evangelism • 國度的胸襟 A kingdom mindset • 對新約植堂的心志 A conviction in NT church planting • 愛基督的教會 A love for His church • 通達時務 An understanding of the time

  5. 教會中的共鳴Resonant from the church through: • 一起禱告 • Praying together • 一起學習 • Learning together • 共同的經歷 • Experiencing together • 共有的異象 • Sharing the vision together

  6. 醞釀植堂氣候的具體行動Practical steps in creating the climate • 研讀/傳講使徒行傳 Studying and preaching through the Book of Acts • 登錄差遣北美(Send North America)網站 Register on SNA website • 舉辦認識植堂講座 Hold Discovering Church Planting workshop • 進行禱告步行 Conduct Prayer Walk • 參加差遣北美異象之旅 Participate Catch a Vision Tour • 與植堂人合作 Partnering with a church partner

  9. 招募Recruiting • 不斷分享異象Keep on Sharing the vision • 祈求莊稼的主Pray for workers • 發出邀請Keep inviting • 解答疑難Answer questions • 家庭團隊 Family teams • 尋求代禱勇士 Look for intercessors • 專注教會的目的和功能 Focused on the purpose of the church

  10. 建立Building • 培育團契 Cultivating togetherness • 彼此承擔 Developing Accountability

  11. 招募並建立團隊的具體行動Practical Steps in recruiting and building a team • 讓異象歷久常新 Keep the vision visible • 不斷發出公開和個人的邀請 Keep giving public and personal invitation • 訂定聚會時間 Set time for getting together • 準備帶領和培育 Be ready to lead and nurture

  12. III. 裝備工人Equipping the workers(四到４Ｈ)

  13. 腦到(Head) • 懂得為甚麼教會需要植堂的理由。 • They will know why churches need to start churches

  14. 心到(Heart) • 對傳福音與門徒訓練擁有熱情。They have a passion in evangelism and discipleship

  15. 手到(Hand) • 他們曉得怎樣與人分享信仰，和帶領別人成為成熟的門徒，與建立健康的教會。They will know how to share their faith, lead other to be mature disciples and build a healthy church

  16. 靈命健康(Health) • 他們每天與主同行，有著活潑的靈性。They will walk daily with the Lord.

  17. 裝備工人的具體行動Practical steps of equipping workers • 提供門徒訓練 provide discipleship training • 在傳福音上以身作則 model evangelism • 栽培教會事工人員 mentor church work • 舉行教會栽植教會訓練(CPCT) conduct CPCT • 舉辦植堂基礎訓練 Conduct Basic Training

  19. 開始植堂Action! • 決定教會的模式 Decide on a model • 求神賜合適的地點 Pray for a location • 訂定日期 Select a date • 計劃一年的活動 Plan for a year • 制定財務計劃 Work out a budget • 努力傳福音和招聚 Focus on evangelism and gathering • 不斷倍增門徒 Keep on multiplying disciples
