Vision Statement “The vision of the MPROP Pal Project is to complete a broad base needs analysis of the potential use of the Milwaukee Master Property File (MPROP), by compiling contributions of students, faculty, and staff of UWM’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning Department, with the purpose of creating readable documents that effectively and accurately assist the users in the completion of their planning projects.” UP 793 Applied Projects in Urban Geographic Information Systems
