Leiomyoma • Leiomyomas are bening tumours originated on smooth muscle. The most frequent site of appearance are uterine myometrium, gastrointestinal tract and skin. The highest incidence ocurs between 40 and 49 years of age. Its presentation is unusual in children or in older patients. Leiomyomas are unfrequent in the oral cavity, but in this location are usually localized on tongue, lips and palate.

It most often occurs in the areas of the head and neck, in particular the salivary glands; but has also been reported in the breast, lacrimal gland of the eye, lung, brain, bartholin gland, trachea, and the paranasal sinuses

Chelitis Glandularis • a conditions characterized by swelling and eversion of the lower lip. Cheilitis glandularis is an acquired disorder, of unknown aetiology, characterized by swelling, ulceration, crusting, mucous gland hyperplasia, abscesses, and sinus tracts.
Cheilitis Granulomatosus • is a condition characterized by a sudden onset and progressive course terminating in chronic enlargement of the lips. • I think this fits any differential for swelling of the lips
