The Central Valley Habitat Monitoring Program’s main purpose is to evaluate changes in habitat • We are also monitoring in areas of concern to Reclamation. These areas are the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, Western San Joaquin Valley, Southern Tulare Basin, Northern California Water Transfers.
