Read more NDPC Training Agencies Logos for each with link to each member’s website Each of these organizations has distinguished themselves nationally as experts in chemicals, explosives, radiological/nuclear devices, bioterrorism, counter-terrorism, agroterrorism, and emergency management systems. Each offers a variety of training within their area of expertise.

About the NDPC Insert this map and text after the last paragraph under “NDPC Role in National Preparedness” NDPC instructors and trainers reside across the nation. This extensive network promotes a culture of preparedness by bringing high-quality, consistent training directly to jurisdictions across the nation. This network is strengthened by NDPC’s train-the-trainer programs, in which individuals are authorized to teach courses in their area.
NDPC News and Events • Suggest putting the current NDPC newsletter in HTML format instead of or in addition to PDF. • List headlines & first few sentences of each article so that viewers can click to access the entire article. • Also, currently, the most recent edition, Spring 2013 is at the bottom, I would reverse this so that the most recent is at the top left side. • Suggest adding a sidebar article on NCBRT’s Diffusion of Innovation project. Training • Include the following after the heading and above the content about online courses Courses are offered through each of the seven consortium members. Read more about each member’s area of expertise. Courses are designed to meet the needs of all responders, including traditional first responders, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. NDPC offers courses for all responder disciplines and all levels of experience. When feasible, courses are made available online or by video conference; however, many courses require hands-on training and interactive discussion. Courses Each consortium member provides specialized curricula and together, the NDPC addresses all of the National Preparedness Goal’s 31 Core Capabilities.
