  2. Goals of the design • Reduce the time of the voting process • Increase the number of voters by providing better voting experience • Reduce any chance of cheating as much as possible • Make the voting process as simple as possible

  3. Data analysis phase findings: • Most of the people found the conventional voting system was inconvenient and poor • Most of the people think that the conventional voting system was time consuming, and they have to wait for a long period of time during the voting process

  4. Data analysis phase findings: (cont) • Most of the people think that a new electronic voting system well help to shorten the time required for the voting process • After we collected more data about using touch or buttons interface and including older people in the study people preferred the buttons • People are high concerned about the security of the voting process

  5. Effect of the data analysis on the design: • We decided to make the voting process as fast as possible by using finger print to access the voting interface • We decided to use buttons interface in the design • We were more concerned about thesecurity in the design, since the security was the most thing the people were worried about in the new system.
