Raw Materials • 1eggplant • 150 g prosciutta (6 slices) • 250 g roll ofgoatcheese • Freshrosemary • Honey • Olive oil • Salt • Pepper
1. You cut eggplant to six slice. Salt it and leave for thirty minutes.
2. Roll of goat cheese cut to the six slice too and put it to the fridge.
3. • Eggplants dry with paper kitchen towel, rub with olive oil and grill 2 minutes.
4. • Eggplant get down of grill and everyone put to the slice of prosciutto ang goat cheese. Pepper cheese and sprinkle with rosemary
5. • Roll eggplant with prociutto and cheese to the roll and put the roll to the grill
6. Grill it three minutes
7. • Sprinke with honey ang put on the table worm with salat
