  2. ENTRIES • Each school may register a maximum of 2 competitors/team and 1 reserve for the individual and team events. For 4 x 100m (Mixed), only 1 team shall be registered. 4 x 100m (Mixed) comprises of 2 students and 2 staff. (1 M & 1 F Student and 1 M & 1 F Staff) • Each competitor is allowed to register for a maximum of 3 events (including registration as reserves). • Substitution shall only be made from registered reserves only for events where qualifying rounds have not been conducted. • Members of a relay team shall come from any of the registered competitors only. • There will be no Heats. All events will be carried out on the event day.

  4. 12 November: • 100m (men and women) • 800m (men and women) • 4x100m (men and women) • 4x400m (men and women) • High Jump (men and women) • Long Jump (men and women) • 60m (staff women) • 100m (staff men) • 4x100m (staff men) • 4x100m (mixed, 1M 1F student and 1M1F staff) • 100m (Alumni men) • 4x100m (alumni men) • 50m Mascot race • Best cheer/best dressed school/best mascot

  5. FIELD EVENTS Competitors shall take their trials in the order as indicated in the programme unless the Referee decides to alter that order. All competitors shall be given 3 trials and the best 8 competitors will have another 3 attempts. EQUIPMENT/SPECIFICATIONS The height(s) and distance for High Jump and Long Jump shall be pre-determined as follows: High Jump Practice Jump : 1.20 M & 1.60 M (Men) Starting Height : 1,25 M High Jump Practice Jump : 1.10 M & 1.40 M (Women) Starting Height : 1.10 M

  6. NUMBER TAGS Competitors are to prominently display the number tags on the front and back of their running vests. The competitor shall be disqualified if he/she does not wear the number tags during a race. PRIZES Individual medals shall be awarded to the top 3 winners of every event. The School with the highest points shall be awarded the LOW WONG FOOK Overall Champion trophy.

  7. All schools are to provide at least 100 spectators/supporters on final day. Last year's turn out was wonderful. SAA will provide burgers and mineral water for the spectators, as what was done last year. We will be continuing the side events like Best Cheer (total of 10 points), Best Mascot (total of 10 points) and Best Dress (Uniformity of spectators' dressing, total of 10 points). The points will add to the total points tally of the schools' sports day standing (only the alumni event will be excluded). NEW EVENT: Mascot race. Medals will be awarded but the outcome of the race will not contribute towards the table standings.

  8. Allocation of Lanes. Schools have been pre-allocated the following lanes: #1: MM #2: CLS #3: SB #4: SMA #5: BE #6: DMIT #7: SD/CASS #8: EEE Pls note: To facilitate the smooth running of the races, lane designations may change, and athletes will be duly informed.

  9. Colours of schools: BE: Orange CLS: Red EEE: Maroon LC (CASS): Silver gray MM: Green SB: Navy blue SD: Black SMA: Sky blue DMIT: Deep purple Attire (for participants and supporters): CASS: Come in top silver or grey and black bottom SD : Come in top black and silver bottom
