Pros On the Miranda • The Pros on the Miranda Warring have to be that the Cops/Police need to tell you your Rights. The reason why is if they don’t tell you your rights and they ask you questions you are going to tell them the truth and also anything they want to heard from you. Also they can take advantage of you.

My Thoughts On the Pros • My Thoughts on the Pros of the Miranda is that I Believe that the Cops should Read You You right. Because if they Don’t Give You Your Rights It’s violating the 5th amendments.
My Thoughts On The Cons. • I Believe you should stilled be told your rights, but I don’t Feel that the System is pampering the criminals. I Don’t think they should stop giving them the rights if that’s the only way to get them to tell the truth.
