What are the Technical Advantages of IsoGrid Technology? • IsoGrid Technology is designed to enhance the structural integrity of thin-wall structures prone to Buckling related failure modes. • The Array of Integral Monolithic Raised Ribs can be Optimized by using a variety of different Materials, Dimensions and/or Orientations. • The Materials in the Outer Shell region can also be Optimized by using different engineering materials, shapes and sizes.

Introducing a Revolutionary New Composite Tube Technology: 3-Point bend test of non IsoGrid ultra-light shaft design 3-Point bend test of IsoGrid reinforced ultra-light shaft design • Notes: • Both tests done under identical load/support conditions. • Shaft designs vary only by the addition of IsoGrid reinforcement ( approximately 4 gms). • IsoGrid design was slightly stiffer and therefore deflection at identical load was slightly lower.
