  4. A 57 year old female patient arrives as a Level 2 (Yellow) trauma after she hit a tree in her car. She was belted and her airbags were deployed. GCS was 14 and she does not recall what happened. She was pretty banged up including an open tib-fib fracture. Sixty minutes after arrival she states she is having chest pain and is diaphoretic.

  5. Posterior MI: Diagnosed reciprocally by looking at V1, V2and/or V3. Look for tall R waves and ST Depression.
