Sales & Implementation • Dedicated technology specialist for NYS • SGP Option 2 window • ‘District Share’ subscriptions • Additional contact person(s) identified when requested for admin access • Changes in internal database management to accommodate to BOCES structure
Support & Partnership Progress • Dedicated NYS Renaissance Consultant • Train the Trainer for BOCES across NYS • 7 BOCES TOT’s for STAR Enterprise • 55 BOCES trainers trained • 33 BOCES actively training & supported • User-group meetings co-facilitated with BOCES trainers • 3 completed, 4 being planned • Remote support available for BOCES, districts & schools throughout NYS for APPR support • NYS conference presentations about APPR, text complexity, CCLS mini-symposiums
Data & Research Progress • Research in the areas of LD/ED growth rates • Research for correlations to other leveling systems (F&P, NYSTP ELA/Math, Aimsweb) • Imports/exports done with intermediary (BOCES) and several types of files • Portal development for aggregate data roll-up • Expansion of Renaissance Data Integrator experienced due to APPR & NYS RIC changes and requests
