Text Formatting • Title of Slide • Summarize slide • 1st letter of each word in CAPS! • Single Line • Font • Consistent • Readable • 1st letter in each bullet CAPITAL! • Only names, etc should be capital elsewhere
Visual Appeal • Margin spacing • Text spaced apart • Not too much text either • Pictures lined up • And same size
Use Short Statements • Not too many bullets per slide • Less than 7 words per bullet • No punctuation • If so, you need a sub-bullet • Sub-bullets • Have to do with main bullet above • Make the next slide shorter
Hot Dog Fest • Hot Dog Fest is held every March 16th at GCIT. It used to be held at GCC, but it outgrew its birthplace in 2005. The Fest is held “rain or shine” and is the self-proclaimed “World’s Largest Hot Dog Fest.” Oscar Mayer hot dogs are sold for $1, the same price they have been sold for there, since 1983. Soda, hamburgers, and Soy dogs are also for sale.
