Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Ex 10:19 And the Lord turned a mighty strong West wind, which tooke away the locusts, and cast them into the red sea: there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt. Eph 4:14 That we hencefoorth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and caried about with euerywinde of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftinesse, whereby they lye in waite to deceiue: Job 15:2 Should a wise man vttervaine knowledge, and fill his belly with the East winde? God’s doctrine is the west wind that hits the far east last. Are the churches in Asia the last generation to receive his council before tribulation? Think spiritually.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Matthew 11:28 Come vnto me all yee that labour, and are heauy laden, and I will giue you rest. 29 Take my yoke vpon you, and learne of me, for I am meeke and lowly in heart: and yee shall find rest vnto your soules. 30 For my yoke is easie, and my burden is light. Acts 15:28 For it seemed good to the holy Ghost, and to vs, to lay vpon you no greater burden then these necessarie things; 29 That ye abstaine from meates offered to idoles, and from blood, & from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keepe your selues, yee shall doe well. Fare ye well. Rev 2:11 He that hath an eare, let him heare what the spirit saithvnto the churches.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Acts 15:28 For it seemed good to the holy Ghost, and to vs, to lay vpon you no greater burden then these necessarie things; 29 That ye abstaine from meates offered to idoles (John 6:55, Dan 4:12), and from blood (John 6:55, Job 39:30, Rev 18:24) & from things strangled (Mat 13:22, Mark 4:7) and from fornication (Rev 2:20, 17:2, Ezekiel 16:15, 1 Cor 6:13): from which if ye keepe your selues, yee shall doe well. Fare ye well. Jesus is saying the same thing four different ways while speaking by the holy Ghost. Do not accept corruptions to the Word of God is what the Spirit is saying.

  7. Seven Churches Rev 2-3 This light burden of the Lord is to keep ourselves from the corruptions to the Word of God from Babylon. Corrupted scriptures are idols/images/abominations/lamps without oil. False Christ’s and prophets are the result. 1 John 5:18 We know that whosoeuer is borne of God, sinneth not: but hee that is begotten of God, keepethhimselfe, and that wicked one toucheth him not. 19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickednesse. 20 And we know that the Sonne of God is come, and hath giuenvs an vnderstanding that wee may know him that is true: and wee are in him that is true, euen in his SonneIesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternall life. 21 Little children, keepe your selues from Idoles. Amen.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Rev 2:1 Vnto the Angel of the church of Ephesus, write, These things saith he that holdeth the seuenstarres in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seuen golden Candlesticks: 2 I know thy workes, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not beare them which are euil, and thou hast tried them which say they are Apostles, and are not, and hast found them lyers: 3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my Names sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4 Neuerthelesse, I haue somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first loue. 5 Remember therfore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and doe the first workes, or else I will come vnto thee quickly, and will remoue thy Candlesticke out of his place, except thou repent.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Rev 2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7 Hee that hath an eare, let him heare what the Spirit saithvnto the Churches: To him that ouercommeth will I giue to eate of the tree of life, which is in the middest of the Paradise of God. 8 And vnto the Angel of the Church in Smyrna, write, These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is aliue, 9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and pouertie, but thou art rich, and I know the blasphemie of them which say they are Iewes and are not, but are the Synagogue of Satan. 10 Feare none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the deuillshal cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried, and yee shall haue tribulation tennedayes (Dan 1): bee thou faithfullvnto death, and I will giue thee a crowne of life.

He that ouercommeth, shall not be hurt of the second death. 12 And to the Angel of the Church in Pergamos, write, These things saithhee, which hath the sharpe sword with two edges: 13 I know thy workes, and where thou dwellest, euen where Satans seat is, and thou holdest fast my Name, and hast not denied my faith, euen in those daies, wherein Antipas was my faithful Martyr, who was slaine among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14 But I haue a fewe things against thee, because thou hast there them that holde the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling blocke before the children of Israel, to eate things sacrificed vntoidoles, and to commit fornication. 15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

To him that ouercommeth will I giue to eate of the hidden Manna, and will giue him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth, sauinghee that receiueth it. 18 And vnto the Angel of the church in Thyatira, write, These things saith the Sonne of God, who hath his eyes like vnto a flame of fire, and his feete are like fine brasse: 19 I know thy works, and charitie, and seruice, and faith, and thy patience, and thy workes, and the last to bee more then the first. 20 Notwithstanding, I haue a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Iezebel, which callethherselfe a Prophetesse, to teach and to seduce my seruants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed vntoidoles.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Rev 2:21 And I gaue her space to repent of her fornication, and she repented not. 22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her, into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23 And I will kill her children with death, and all the Churches shall know that I am hee which searcheth the reines and hearts: and I will giuevntoeuery one of you according to your workes. 24 But vnto you I say, and vnto the rest in Thyatira, as many as haue not this doctrine, and which haue not knowen the depthes of Satan, as they speake, I will put vpon you none other burden:

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Rev 2:25 But that which ye haue already, hold fast till I come. 26 And hee that ouercommeth, and keepeth my workesvnto the ende, to him will I giue power ouer the nations: 27 (And he shall rule them with a rod of yron: as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shiuers:) (Psalm 2:9) euen as I receiued of my Father. 28 And I will giue him the morning starre. 29 He that hath an eare, let him heare what the Spirit saithvnto the Churches. *See Jeremiah 27

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 1 And vnto the Angel of the Church in Sardis write, These things saith he that hath the seuen Spirits of God, & the seuenstarres; I know thy workes, that thou hast a name that thou liuest, and art dead. 2 Be watchfull, and strengthen the things which remaine, that are ready to die: for I haue not found thy works perfect before God. 3 Remember therefore, how thou hast receiued and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thiefe, and thou shalt not know what houre I will come vpon thee. 4 Thou hast a few names euen in Sardis, which haue not defiled their garments, and they shall walke with me in white: for they are worthy.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 5Hee that ouercommeth, the same shalbe clothed in white raiment, and I will not blot out his name out of the booke of life, but I will confesse his name before my Father, and before his Angels. 6Hee that hath an eare, let him heare what the Spirit saithvnto the Churches. 7 And to the Angel of the Church in Philadelphia write, These things saith he that is Holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of Dauid (Isaiah 22:22), he that openeth, and no man shutteth, and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8 I know thy workes: behold, I haue set before thee an open doore, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my Name. (See Isaiah 22)

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Iewes, and are not, but doe lie: behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feete, and to know that I haueloued thee. 10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keepe thee from the houre of temptation, which shall come vpon all the world, to try them that dwell vpon the earth. 11Beholde, I come quickly, hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crowne.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 12 Him that ouercommeth, will I make a pillar in the Temple of my God, and he shall goe no more out: and I wil write vpon him the Name of my God, and the name of the Citie of my God, which is new Hierusalem, which commethdowne out of heauen from my God: And I will write vpon him my New name. 13Hee that hath an eare, let him heare what the Spirit saithvnto the Churches. 14 And vnto the Angel of the Church of the Laodiceans, write, These things saith the Amen, the faithfull and true witnesse, the beginning of the creation of God: 15 I know thy workes, that thou art neither cold nor hot, I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarme, and neither cold nor hot, I wil spew thee out of my mouth:

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and haue need of nothing: and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poore, and blinde, and naked. 18 I counsell thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest bee rich, and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakednesse doe not appeare, and anoint thine eyes with eye salue, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I loue, I rebuke and chasten, be zealous therefore, and repent.

Seven Churches Rev 2-3 Revelation 3 20 Behold, I stand at the doore, and knocke: if any man heare my voyce, and open the doore, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that ouercommeth, will I graunt to sit with mee in my throne, euen as I also ouercame, and am set downe with my Father in his throne. 22Hee that hath an eare, let him heare what the Spirit saithvnto the Churches.

  20. Seven Churches Rev 2-3 1 John 5:21 Little children, keepe your selues from Idoles. Amen. James 5:12 But aboue all things, my brethren, sweare not, neither by heauen, neither by the earth, neither by any other othe: but let your yea, be yea, and your nay, nay: lest yee fall into condemnation. Job 31:30 (Neither haue I suffered my mouth to sinne by wishing a curse to his soule.)

  21. Seven Churches of Revelation Ephesus-Hates evil and corruption of God’s Word, some works, left first love. Smyrna-Poor but spiritually rich. Oppressed by Babylon, Some of them tried in prison 10 days after eating corruption. Pergamos-Dwell near Satan’s seat, have them which corrupt God’s Word Thyatira-Some works Ok, Some teach corruption of God’s Word

  22. Seven Churches of Revelation Sardis-Works not perfect, not watching as councelled. A few are not defiled. Philadelphia-Kept God’s Word, kept from the hour of temptation to try the earth. Laodicea-Lukewarm, does not have God’s Word. Need to get God’s Word.

  23. Seven Churches of Revelation Conclusion: Keep God’s Word and do not allow any corruptions. Then the Spirit will be able to give you eyes to see the final deceptions that God sends using His servant, the King of Babylon.
