Culture Assessment – Feedback Themes • Employees agree with and are positive about the cultural transition.  • Employees see that “Administration”/leadership is committed to the cultural transition. • There are perceived inconsistencies in the implementation and buy-in from managers.    • Employees expressed frustration that they see the change process taking place in other areas of the college but not theirs.
