  3. Time schedule • INCOFISH portal development start, August 2005 • Structure draft discussion in Kiel, Oct 2005 • Internet Portal including Forum, Data Upload, and Links running, July 2006 • Free online access to all data relevant to INCOFISH, January 2007

Deliverables D1.1 Free online access to all data relevant to this project (web portal, month 19, January 2007); D1.2 Data Archive for all relevant data of D1.1 not archived elsewhere (database, month 19, January 2007); D1.3 Online ICZM tools including coastal transects, and special step- by-step tools for common ICZM tasks (web software, month 25, July 2007). D1.4 Electronic maps for all relevant marine organisms (web-based maps, month 25, July 2007); D1.5 Internet Portal including Forum, Data Upload, and Links (web portal, month 13, July 2006) D1.6 Maintenance of portal, uploading of WP data & tools, report on achievements (report, month 36, June 2008) D1.7 At least five scientific publications related to this WP to be published or submitted by WP members before the end of the project (month 36, June 2008)

Portal development • Portal development start in Kiel • Portal take over to Los Banos by FB team • Participants contribute on structure - strategies • Participants contribute with data, tools and outreach • Public launch of portal • FB team continue development and management until project end
