  3. Recycling Market Development • Helps ensure that collected recyclables are used as raw materials to make new products that are purchased and used by consumers.

  9. Financial Assistance • Equipment used in Manufacturing products from recovered material or • in the Final Processing of materials into feedstock • 75% of specific equipment cost up to $50,000 • Equipment must “add value” • Applications accepted at any time
