1. How To Prep • Wash your hair with a stimulating shampoo and dry it completely followed by detangling. A pack of 6-8 black extensionswill be enough to make Senegalese twists. • You can section your hair as desired because it is always better to pre-part your hair before you start twisting.
2. How To Style • It is time to go on a ‘one on one’ date with a section starting from the front to back. Keep the remaining sections out of the way with the help of hair clips. Moisturize it with Sheabutter. • Now, split the sections in half and install the synthetic hair close to the roots as shown in the picture. Keep twisting the synthetic hair outwards with natural hair and then cross-wards to create a rope-like structure. Repeat the steps for each section and be patient.
3. How To Complete The Look • After twisting your tresses, the ends need to be sealed. Do it by dipping the ends of your twists in super-hot water for a few seconds. As the water will be too hot, getting assistance from your fellow sistah is advisable. When you pull out your hair, leave it to dry on its own. • These are the steps to get Senegalese twists.
