National and Regional Model Advances Nationally: • IOOS Coastal and Ocean Modeling Testbed Regionally: • CariCOOS – validated SWAN and ADCIRC models • SCCOOS, CeNCOOS – developed CA Current Ocean Model webpage • GLOS – completed version 1 of finite volume community ocean model • MARACOOS – ran 3 new models, now total of 8 models with routine data assimilation • PacIOOS– developed 2 new operational Marinas wave models

OOI moves into build and deploy phase • Installed seven Primary Nodes on the OOI submarine cable infrastructure in the NE Pacific • Completed OOI deployment schedule, with important installations occurring in 2013, 2014, and 2015 For more information: www.oceanobservatories.org
