  3. IWG Meeting BAL-002-WECC-2 Recommend changes to INT-009-WECC-2 Capacity Tag Functionality • Where it states on demand spinning change to operating reserves - spinning • Where it states on demand non spinning change to operating reserve - supplemental

  4. IWG Meeting Charter Review Charter completed and posted for comment. • Pending approval

  5. WIAB Test 2014 • Only received one volunteer to conduct 2014 WIAB Test • WAPA Rocky Mountain Region • Is an annual test needed? • Can the test be conducted biannually?
