YOUR BUSINESS – OUR PRIORITIES You told us your priorities for 2018-19 were: Trainee Nursing Associate Training Workforce planning consultancy Workshops to support journey to Outstanding More Optimum CPD toolkits CPD sessions to improve skills Training managers to Level 4 in leadership and management Post registration frailty modules for nurses Holistic worker project Recruitment and career pathways Attend Network Meetings to share good practice GDPR Recruitment support

YOUR BUSINESS – OUR PRIORITIES • We worked more closely with more of you: • Membership increased from 193 to 291 • Filled over 1150 delegate places Delivered services funded by: Health Education England - £85K (2017/8) Burdett Trust Frailty project - £60k Public Health Funding - £5.5k Income from Services delivered £22k Workforce Development Fund: £135k reduced to £98k

YOUR BUSINESS – OUR PRIORITIES PASSIONATE TEAMS: 4 Workshops – 1 for each service type 32 Organisations participated 107 Delegates attended MORE THAN 300 CHAMPIONS in: End of Life Care / Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health & Wellbeing / IPC / DoLS and Frailty LEADERSHIP EVENTS: 1 x Lead to Succeed Workshop 12 x Managers Network events with 243 filled delegate places

YOUR BUSINESS – OUR PRIORITIES • 8 Nursing Associates registered in Feb 2019 • 5 due to register in 2020 • NTU developing NA course • 28 Nurses A-E CPD • Care home nurse specialist input into learning Holistic Worker Project - Input from: 2 x homecare providers 7 x residential care providers • Frailty Modules developed with NTU and 11 Nursing home nurses commenced on 1st Nov 18 • GP Fellow scoping competences for Advance Nurse Practitioners

  6. YOUR BUSINESS – OUR PRIORITIES • Worked with PCDC to organise a workshop for Care Providers • Worked with CCP to organise 2 workshops for NHS Mail
