Eindhoven 1st phase regarding: city health • Step 1 change priorities: 1st pedestrians, 2nd ciclysts, 3rd collective transport, 4th private car • Step 2 flexibility: see fixed infrastructure as a given-do not built new fixed infrastructure • Step 3 change behaviour: management of all modes and existing capacity- eg cars rush hour, spitsmijden, city logistics outside rush hour • Step 4 budget: last resort new fixed infrastructure
Eindhoven 1st phase regarding: citizens innovation • Step1 information and transparency: develop open modular plattform, for all (new) transport modes, mobility services and phases of deployment • Step 2 data mining: understand new target groups pedestrians and ciclysts - remove blind spot • Step 3 change behaviour: management of all transport modes and capacity • Step 4 participation: citizens define seamlessness
