2. Juranek Home Improvement's $10,000 Home Improvement Giveaway Rules The Grand Prize drawing will be held at Juranek Home Improvements showroom on October 29, 2012 at 11:00 am. Contestants are welcome; however the winner need not be present to win. We will also be drawing for 10 First Prize winners per week. All winners will be notified by phone or email at the time of the drawing. Where to register: At Juranek Home Improvements showroom at 6001 N. Cliff Ave, Sioux Falls, SD. On our website or at any tradeshows or events that Juranek Home Improvement promotes this giveaway. To qualify for the giveaway you must: Own your home in Juranek Home Improvements marketing area, which is defined as a 90 mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD. Fill out the registration form completely, including address, phone numbers and email (if applicable). Mark what your dream project is, in the event that you win. By registering, you give us permission to contact you by phone and/or email informing you of future promotions. If you win, you must allow us to use your project and picture in our marketing and advertising. What you can win: The Grand Prize is a retail value of $10,000 of Juranek Home Improvements installed home improvement products. The First Place winners win a retail value of $1,000 off on any purchases of a retail value of $5,000 or more. First prize winners are still eligible for the Grand Prize. In the event that a home improvement purchase is made during the contest and prior to the Grand Prize Drawing- - the refundable value of the $10,000 will be discounted to the same amount that the purchase price was discounted from our retail price on the purchase that was made, and refunded to the winner. - if the prior home improvement purchase did not use the complete grand prize, the balance will be available to the winner. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes.  IRS 1099 forms for all prizes won will be issued to contest winner. Winner must provide proper identification to claim prizes. Under no circumstances will any cash prize substitutions be offered.  Contest is deemed complete upon acceptance of grand prize package and execution of all winner release forms. The winner accepts the grand prize package as valued and acknowledges that the package must be either accepted or declined in its entirety. There will be no option to accept a portion of the prize package. The value of the grand prize has been determined in a good faith effort by Juranek Home Improvement. The winner may chose not to accept the prize package as their sole remedy for any alleged discrepancies in value. The winner understands that by accepting the prize package they have expressly agreed to be responsible for any tax liability associated with the stated value of the prize package.
