ROS Requested Voting Items • Revision Requests Recommended for Approval (TAC Action requested) • RRGRR003 – Modifications to Improve Wind Forecasting • ROS Approved Urgency and Approved (unanimously) RRGRR as recommended by the RDWG • Completes TAC assignment ? • RRGRR004 – Steam Pressure Curve Information for Implementation of Regional Reliability Standard BAL-001-TRE-1 • ROS Approved Urgency and Approved (one abstention) RRGRR as recommended by NRG’s comments Sep 25, 2014 TAC Meeting

Status of Assignments(from TAC Leadership Meeting) • Review of Working Groups and Task Forces • No changes to current WG/TF’s • Consideration of Operator Training Working Group (OTWG) • Proposal would eliminate one or more of the Seminar TF, Fundamentals TF, & Exam WG. • Provide ROS goals update • Update will be provided at Oct. TAC meeting • Maintain/Improve Operational Checklist for Resource Interconnection • Topic scheduled for discussion by ERCOT at Oct. 6 ROS/WMS workshop Sep 25, 2014 TAC Meeting

  5. Status of Assignments • CDR and Planning Model Study Differences • PLWG drafting white paper; progress underway • Load Scaling Methodologies in Planning Studies • More transparency needed • PLWG (and MP’s) working to develop a Load Scaling Methodology Standard Sep 25, 2014 TAC Meeting

  6. Status of Assignments • Early RUCing of units during severe winter weather due to unit start-up failures, trips, and de-rates; review need for ERCOT Operating procedures for RUCing units. • ERCOT putting together information to share with OWG and RUC TF Sep 25, 2014 TAC Meeting
