  2. There is a dire need for innovation in the federal government and we can't let it stagnate any longer. This government needs to be more agile, and agile organizations need to be innovative. There are many ways to bring innovation into the federal government.

  3. First, we need to have a culture that encourages innovation of emerging technology solutions.

  4. Second, we need to have a more agile transformation to development and procurement.

  5. Third, we need some sort of incubator or accelerator program for small businesses.
