What I Wanted to Find Out • Members’ preferred communication channels • Members’ preferred topics • Appropriate vehicles for topics
Goal of Final Project • Use limited resources efficiently • Help distribute communication more effectively • Match message to channel
My Research Question “Do Junior League of Minneapolis members have a preference for how to receive communications from the league?”
Methodology • Survey to all 253 members • Internet based: 27 questions • Questions included: • How they want information available • Which topics they want covered in each communication
Results • Survey open from Jan. 25-March 10, 2007 • Response rate: 58% (147 of 253)
