TOTS is used in the Air Traffic Controller and officer ATC Schools for laboratory training of Navy, Marine Corps, and Foreign National air traffic controllers with varying degrees of proficiency in controlling air traffic. TOTS provides training in a full immersion, high fidelity, simulated control tower environment. The TOTS provides a safe, controlled environment for concentrated, hands-on ATC training without endangering aircraft, personnel, or flight support equipment. The TOTS is a computer driven ATC Tower trainer that simulates the visual environment of a tower cab. The dimensions of each cab are 19 X 184 X 7.
This procurement will upgrade or replace both TOTS Cabs
