The full company name ELSIN – Electronic Services&Solutions suggests that the customers may require and expect tailor-made solutions to their problems. ELSIN Ltd. is a Czech company which, jointly with its Korean partner, introduces to the European market the unique experience and methods developed in the USA, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan, verified and brought to perfection through 15-year application in the Asian markets. ELSIN – More about services Electronic products and components repair – repairs of LCD panels, LCD monitors, electronic sub-systems and PCB-mounted units and others. Logistic services – Elsin’s position in Central Europe is of great advantage in providing cheap and efficient goods transport to destinations all over the continent. Elsin can also arrange sea and air transport to other countries of the world. For SVCs of the LCD manufacturers in Europe, Elsin provides for collection of defective products from customers, electronic identification of each such product throughout the repair procedure (using the so-called “travel cards” for products where all data on product history from the moment of defect reporting to delivery of repaired product to the customer are recorded) and return of the repaired products to customers. Elsin maintain detailed records on the goods dispatched and received with the associated statistics and operational analyses as required by the customers. Warehousing – storage of LCD panels and other goods in modern, safe, computer-controlled warehouse with the capacity in excess of 8000 pallets. Customer-specific services – reporting to customers on goods status and movement, statistical analyses, RMA (Return Material Authorisation) services, buffer services, supply chain management and others. Buffer services – fast and flexible delivery of LCD panels and other LCD-including goods in stock to customers in the whole of Europe. LCD panels and other goods are kept at the Elsin stores at quantities corresponding to the actual market demands. The stocks are maintained through supplies from LCD-panel/goods manufacturers and, to some extent, goods repaired by Elsin. RMA verification – on-site verification of customer claims all over Europe. On-site Support – expert services for LCD producers in various countries of Europe. For example, for LCD manufacturers we do verification or testing of LCD panels directly at the factories of their European customers (monitor or TV manufacturers).
