Photo Use Policy • SPG 601.13 approved Spring 2006 • http://spg.umich.edu/pdf/601.13.pdf • Approves the use of photos for internal University business purposes, specifically class rosters and seating charts. • MCard holders are automatically excluded from having their photos used for University community purposes (e.g., internal Web sites, Facebooks, Department rosters) unless the departments/schools/units obtain written/electronic permission from the cardholder for the intended use.
Photo Class Roster Project • Rolled out Thursday, June 22 • Available to instructors, proxies, and staff with Class Roster access • Ability to view individual photos • Run a printable report showing all students with photos
View Individual Photos Navigate to Class Roster > Enrolled tab
Print Class Roster • A printable report with students and their photos is available by clicking the Print Photo Roster link on the Enrolled tab • Can display 20, 24, or 30 photos per page • Users can select up to four types of data to display with the photos • Name always displays • Emplid, Uniqname, Units, Level, and Program are optional selections
Running the report • This window will show users the status of the report • After the Run Status has changed to Posted, it will automatically open the report in this window • Mac users may have to retrieve their report from their desktop • Pop-up blocker must be disabled • Must have Adobe 7.0.5 or higher to view the report
