  2. Frequency of Trainings The Department of Facilities and Construction Management (FCM) provides quarterly training for all new and existing administrators, faculty and staff: to instruct them on department policies and procedures, as well as how to use software and/or required forms.

  3. Campus Communication The campus is notified of training opportunities via periodic E-Blasts and information cards that have been distributed by campus mail and FCM sponsored events.

  4. FCM Training & Informational Services Instructions included in this presentation, include the following: 1) iService Desk (service requests, work orders, key requests, repair & maintenance needs) 2) Make a Reservation (vehicle requests) 3) Asset Management (Property Management) *All users receive personal copies of instruction manuals and forms.
