Part 1: PiL Grants Program • What is it? • Work with schools in preparing students for the digital workplace • Empower schools to significantly raise the level of ICT Literacy amongst their staff • Support teachers and schools develop cultures of innovators • Who is Eligible? • all primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong

Part 2: Fresh Start for Donated Computers • What is it? • Provides legitimate software license for donated computers • Who is Eligible? • All primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong • What Does School Get? • Free Microsoft Windows 98 or 2000 and Works licenses in Traditional Chinese or English for the qualified donated computers • Refurbished PC • Training Sponsorship

Part 3: PiL School Agreement • What is it? • Bridge the digital divide through offering essential Microsoft software to selective schools at a significant discount • Who is Eligible: • up to 15% of the primary and secondary schools* serving the most under privileged community in Hong Kong (Based on World Bank GNI index) • What Does School Get? • Office at a significant discount • Windows XP free upgrade • Complimentary training on Windows XP and Office XP • Same School Agreement used for PiL and non-PiL schools
