The Challenge We helped 2,340 O2 customers get through winter O2 Home Broadband wanted to increase REACH & PENETRATION across targeted / relevant territories by adding EXTRA VALUE to existing trading offer. The Results Our Solution We offered new O2 Home Broadband customers £30 to help get them through winter when they signed up to the All Rounder or The Works package. All they had to do was complete their application and apply for the reward, the consumer then received a cheque through their door within 30 days. The added incentive to join O2 and created excitement for potential consumers and encouraged them to sign up.
