Pan African Statistics Programme (PAS) State of play March 2019

The Pan African Statistics Programme (PAS) aims to improve the availability, reliability, comparability, and timeliness of statistics in Africa. It supports integration processes and cooperation within the African Statistical System, while also building the capacity of people and institutions in statistical methods. Through data availability, quality training, and technical assistance, PAS strives to transfer good practices and common tools in six key domains: national accounts, trade, migration, labour, SDGs, and governance, peace, and security.
